Ganesh Cross Stitch

Ganesha is the Indian God of new beginings and removing obstacles. When we decided to buy our house, the first thing I wanted to put in the house was this cross-stitch Ganesh. The house purchase went through much faster than anticipated, so I had to get through it pretty quickly. It was a labor of love that I finished in a little over three months – 94 days to be exact (while working full time and moving). To stay motivated to finish the project, I had planned to take a picture of my progress everyday, but that lasted only the first couple of weeks. After that, I tried to take a picture of my progress every week. I was very happy with how it turned out.The kit is from Pinn-Stitch.com.
